A comparable melt will ensue. Based on what we have learned, this should be an acceptable name change for the Washington NFL franchise.
I have learned that referring to a minority group of people by the color of their skin and declaring their lives matter is the height of virtue.
A new PC tested moniker should be the Washington Redksins LM. Why am I wrong?

Yeah, I'm not a fan but the Redskins are one of the iconic franchises and their logo is one of the first that comes to mind when I think of the NFL.

And what sucks is the only people who will care about this moving forward are the people who wanted to keep the Redskins name.

Cleveland Indians are 100% next up on the clock.
I think all the franchises and schools with mascots like Seminoles, Illini, Sioux will ultimately survive and be ok because its honoring the heritage. I think the Braves and Chiefs are ok too.

Yep but that's typical. These companies still don't realize that the people demanding that they change have never bought their product or in this case have never been to a Redskins game or watched one.
