Is they robbed Florida State the opportunity to dream of making it about the team, and fighting these obstacles/ injuries on the way to a perfect season.
Florida States second QB is much better than the third string and still won fairly convincingly over Louisville (by defense) and they would have given Washington all they could fukin handle.
And they robbed us a chance to see it

The only team that was robbed was Georgia. No one can sit here with a straight face and say that Georgia isn’t one of the best 4 teams in the country. They had also won 29 straight going into that game (or whatever the fricking streak is). They are the back to back defending national champion that just so happened to have to play another juggernaut, and also the only other team in the entire country that can match them in talent an depth. If Georgia would have played Iowa, Oregon, or Louisville, then they would easily be sitting in the playoffs.

I watched the game and as I have said in other threads I was amazed at how they let the freshman get hit late multiple times with no calls.
The kid made some nice throws and the wrs missed a bunch. I saw a staunch defense, the same one that shut LSU down. I saw a team that overcame adversity to stay unbeaten.
What did you see?

Pretty crazy they dropped 5 spots losing by 3 pts

Yeah but winning the division should absolutely always be key in these things so I was ok with that.

Teams should just give up and quit the season when the starting QB goes down. That’s the lesson here. Bc winning with a backup isn’t good enough.

Bama has looked bad at several points this season, including a loss and a recent miracle win against a terrible Auburn. Why does none of that matter?
