Tiger better find his short game if he wants to light it up today. Color me skeptical.

Tiger missed at least 5 putts yesterday by less than an inch each. He was real close to knocking down a lot of putts and shooting a 65 yesterday. Obviously, none of you were watching Tiger play yesterday.

NO! I won't say it.

Tiger is going to drain a few fist pumpers this afternoon. Just to make things interesting...I hope

Y'all are acting like the guy is out there scrambling just to make pars hole after hole after hole. When in fact, he was making a good run at a lot of birdies and having tap ins for pars. He didn't play like crap yesterday.

If he can get his putter adjusted by a very, very small margin, he'll be shooting really low today. Now, he could also play much worse. But, so far, he has played pretty good in this tournament.

Close is good in horseshoes. Not so good in golf.

The PGA Tour is the world's biggest floating putting contest. All these guys come "real close to knocking down" putts from 10-25 feet. Who makes them and who doesn't is the primary differential between those who win consistently and those who don't. Whatever else is going on with Woods' game, it's his putting, which is simply great--like everybody else's--instead of spectacular that is keeping him back in the pack.

I never said he did.

And If Phil would have hit more than 4 fairways he could have shot a 63!!!!

Yeah, but close is much easier to make a tiny adjustment and be at great than being all over the course and having to scramble just to shoot a 75.

I see my pick, Angel Cabrera, has moved up into 14th place at -2.

What do y'all think Nicklaus would shoot right now in his old age at the masters?

My friend and I were thinking mid to high 90's...

I think 12 might be my favorite hole in all of golf. Schwartzel hits the perfect shot and he's in the bunker behind the green. Incredibly beautiful but incredibly tough. You have to have precise distance control for the line you choose.

good thing for tiger fans is that HE likes the way he is rolling it. a few years back when he putted like crap in the masters he complained that it was his stroke. if he keeps putting a good stroke on it, they will start to fall. oh and 67 today for tont.

He shot 77, 76 in 2005 with zero preparation shortly after one of his grandkids drowned. It would depend on how he could handle the length of the course. I think he'd probably have a hard time reaching a few par 5's in three and maybe some par 4's in two.

Alot will depend on the weather. Its raining already and they have a chance of some storms later in the day. But A Yang or Barnes could set the table early. I say 10 sounds about right.
