So the kid was 8 when Hardaway helped his family move?

That's messed up.

Edit: Never mind. Some were saying this happened in 2008, but the actual move happened last year. Seems pretty simple, then.

2008 is being brought up because that is when Penny last donated to the University. A gift to UofM for a million dollars made him a booster, and rightfully so. But it was eleven years ago.

He assisted Wiseman's family in moving in 2016. Two years before he was hired by the University.

You can see why we're fighting this bullshite.

Meanwhile you got active HCs (Hi there LSU) on record to straight up paying players.

Go frick yourself, Kentucky fans.

Your school's press statement says it happened in 2017. Shouldn't you be familiar with the issue before commenting?

So... boosters can't recruit and can't encourage a player to participate in the university's athletic program, right?

How can Penny even be the coach of Memphis?

Because he becomes a coach who has the ability to recruit players at that point? Why is the booster concept so hard for your fans to grasp?

I’d tell you to go frick yourself, but Penny’s doing a fine job of that all on his own.

PR is entirely on our side here. NCAA is about to get another embarrassment.

Meanwhile, suck my dick.

LOL, to you Memphis cats, you didn’t find it odd that you started landed top recruits out of no where? Please, y’all got caught playing the game. Should have done a better job covering it up.

Obviously, LSU was able to cover up the paper trail. Don’t try to act like Memphis isn’t doing anything illegal in the recruiting scene.

Memphis has a small history of landing big players.

Penny is a Memphis college and high school legend, & he brought in some Memphis born entertainers to the program like what Pete Carroll used to do for USC with the Hollywood actors.

Not hard to see why a star player would want to play for an NBA legend who has all those rappers interacting with the players.

frick the NCAA. They want to punish the LSU, Memphis & Georgia Techs of the world while Duke, UNC & Kansas runs rampant.

I hope next year is the start of blue chippers going to the G-League or playing overseas before they enter the NBA.
