There's the break. Novak is in danger of being a cramped mess with all the sweating and stress.

Brooksby would be totally unlikeable if he wasn’t american. Novak probably picks his level up and wins this I would think. The crowd is again shameful Cheering Novak faults. You’d think they’d be more partial to such a great champion.

The New York fans have to be the worst in all of tennis.

The French can be bad. But, NYC is the worst.

I think Novak is going to wear him down. Kid is fighting but his serve is going to cost him this match

The frick are you talking about half the crowd is rooting for Novak god forbid we root for an American that’s a solid 20 year old up and comer giving the champ a game

Have you watched any djokovic matches in this tournament. You think it’s right to root for faults and clap after he does that? That’s poor sportsmanship from the fans but par for the course for New York.

There will never be another service returner like Novak.

Ever.

Brooksby should have gotten a hinderance call on that overhead. Can’t just throw your arms up to distract the other guy there.

Did anyone just hear the announcer say “to hell with football” when they were talking about Mets/Yankees game?

Really think Novak is tired and feeling the pressure. The only two guys I can see beating him are zverev and Medvedev. I’d take him over anyone but maybe zverev at this point although berretini could be a tough match as well.

Damn. Wish I could have seen it. Fernandez gotta be the real deal. She’s taken out 3 straight vets. #3, #15, #5. Wild.
