Med goes Goran Ivaniševic and hits the bottom of the net on a matchpoint serve, brings back old memories. Good for him breaking through, though I kinda wanted to see a calendar slam.

He literally broke one today. I’m just curious what you don’t like about the way he carries himself on the court. Just because people hate athletes for no reason doesn’t mean I can’t question why they hate them for no reason

I wonder if this will break Novak mentally for a bit

I don't think it's going to. He won't really have any pressure on him next season to start off, and aside from looking tired at the very end of this tournament, I think he is good physically. I'll be surprised if he doesn't pick right back up where he left off.

Doubt it the us has always been the toughest on him a d largest field of potential contenders. Still think he’ll bag another Aussie or two and maybe a Wimbledon. Grass courts especially are lacking in challengers.

Smug is done and nadal isn’t looking too hot with his foot issues.

He will probably just take the rest of the year off or just play the year end championship. Just get fresh to dominate Australia.

Give some examples of how he carries himself versus how others do please

I’m on record as liking Novak, but he stares down his opponents after scores. Smashes rackets. He was pretty notorious for getting into on court arguments in his earlier years.

He was literally forced to forfeit a match for smashing a ball last year after a point (in a match he was winning I think) that hit a ball boy. Accident of course.

He also gives fun thumbs up to his opponents when they win good points and is very gracious in post match interviews to his opponents.

Sometimes i cheer for LSU. Some times I cheer for Bama. I was cheering for Arkansas last night. I’ll be rooting for them all to lose against the Ags this year. I’m never cheering for Djok vs Fed, but I’m happy to see him knock of Nadal. Sometimes I like Nadal winning. I’m fairly objective in that we’ll probably never see three of the greatest playing at the same time. I’m amazed by them all.

But sometimes Djok can be a bit of an a-hole and that’s ok.
