you know if they still have spots available at the US Webbopen?

pretty sure it was booked up already.

Nico - how are the True golf shoes working out? I read your post last week and was curious if you've played with them and how they feel.

I really like them. I have played about 4 rounds in them and they are really comfortable. no real slippage and dont sit too high. Not sure how well the grips will maintain.

Never felt comfortable in that neighborhood (or most of NOLA for that matter). I guess they didn't like the rebel flag stickers on my 4 wheel drive truck back then.

I had 30, neither terrible or good.

speaking of putting, I was somewhat impressed with the consistency of the greens at webb...decent speed (for brec) and good condition on the whole.

I've never seen any Fowler wannabe out there? Bright clothing? Flat bills?

They seemed slick compared to what I'm used to because I've been playing on sanded and punched greens.

Headed out to The Gallery North course today! Finally got rain yesterday here in the desert and it is pure! I'll try and post some pics of this track. It is sick! Greens are rolling about 11 out there right now. Pumped. Par is in trouble today

played a 5 many wolf game yesterday. played terrible and won $10. no birdies and shot 89. Started bogey, double, bogey, double. lull. just started drinking beer at the seventh hole and never looked back. Finished the last four holes double bogey (reachable par 5), bogey, bogey, double. lull. everything in between the first four and last four weren't too bad.
