Bartoli is dictating all the points and hitting the ball much harder. Also hurting Stephens that she cannot get first serves in since the delay.

Was Bartoli hopping around like a fricking idiot? I have no idea how she has any energy after doing that. Anyway, hopefully, the Lisicki/Radwanska winner takes the final.

Yeah, pretty much her usual. What I can't fathom is how she doesn't bounce the ball before she serves.

Right, but pay attention to how many people don't bounce the ball.....not many. Even in rec tennis I've never seen someone not bounce it. Doesn't really matter but adds to her quirks on the court.

The rec players only bounce it because they see Novak Djokovic bouncing it. You don't need to bounce it. It's just like shooting a free throw. Go shoot one without bouncing it. It will still go in.

The MSB hate for Serena is only slightly worse than the hate for Lebron but the continual "gorilla" references are definently more offensive
That being said, I figured this was as good a place as any to ask if anyone is wathcing ESPN's "Nine for IX: Venus vs"? It's about Venus's efforts to secur equal pay for women's tennis at Wimbledon. It's about over but it's worth a watch
