If you remember last year AA said they prefer the stronger defender in LF at SunTrust which is why Acuna was in LF and Markakis in RF.

Brantley would make a ton of sense now that we have our power bat addition. I was initially worried that a Brantley might be our only significant offensive addition, but now that we have Donaldson, I think he'd be perfect for our outfield.

Wondered the same. Still think we have several moves to make in the next month or two. Pleased though with 1 year deals. Seems to make a lot of sense with where we are as an org.

I am fine with a 2-3 year deal for Brantley. I assume Pache will be up next year, and we can move Ender at that point.
