If Nick can give us 80/15/70 with a solid OBP and make all the routine plays in the OF, I'll be a satisfied customer. He cost a little more than I would have liked but he doesn't carry much risk nor would his contract hinder us from making big moves down the road.

No. I am not pleased with this move either. All I was saying is that Markakis is not seen as a good defensive outfielder by most metrics. A huge drop off defensively from Heyward.
The Jim Johnson signing seems to be a good buy low, but other than that we've made a lot of questionable decisions this offseason imo.
