a simple 7-4 will get us to 100 wins. crazy to think about. maybe we'll have a better go at the Royals this time around.

Doubtful we'll get to 100 once we start to give some of these guys some rest when we clinch in the next couple of days. It'll be curious to see how Snit manages the arms during the last week and a half.

normally I would agree but we've been winning all of these games regardless of who is playing. we lost half of our starting lineup at one point and kept winning.
I think it might depend on what LA does. If they slow up at all, I think you might see Snit act a bit more aggressively. But if LA wins a few games early in this stretch, then we might go ahead and let the foot off the gas a bit.

Shout out to all the players I wanted to potentially sign during the offseason/tradeline.....
JT Realmuto-not a terrible aseason by any stretch. Some probably thought he should produce more as the number 1 FA catcher and what was thought of the asking price.
Bryce Harper-wayyyyy overpaid for the product he puts on the field.
Felipe Vasquez-busted for possession of child pornography.
Marcus Stroman-ERA is inflated post trade deadline (could be his defense playing behind him-didn’t look up FIP but was a guy I wanted him heavily)
All this to say thank you Players/CoachesAA/Snitker for giving us a damn exciting year and finding quality players that just excelled when called upon. Hears to a even more fun postseason.

Realmuto has been very very good. Depends on price but would have probably put us past the Dodgers offensively if we had gotten that done + he has totally shut down the running game.

He frequently seems to have one "blow up" inning every two starts or so.
