Great to see Beachy have a really nice game. If he gets back to close to his normal self we are going to have a hell of a three man rotation for the playoffs.

It'll probably be next year before he is really "back", but he certainly looked good tonight. I hope his velocity isn't permanently down to the 89-91 range when his fastball had been 92-94 before the injury. I doubt it is. It might just be next season before he gets the velocity back. Either way, if he can keep his offspeed stuff down in the zone and locate his fastball like he did tonight he will absolutely be the 3rd starter for the playoffs.
