It was off the plate, but all the Upton's do is complain.

Wow, credit to blue for not tossing Justin
I mean, shite calls, but at least he didn't throw him out

He said "You just called that a ball" and I agree with him. The second pitch ( I think) was in the exact same spot as those last two strikes and they were clearly off the plate. But he's gotta foul close pitches off in that situation.
And yea, they do both argue ALOT

He deserved to be tossed and I wanted him to be. I'm fed up with him staring at fricking borderline pitches and acting like a whiny count when he gets rung up.

that wasn't borderline
With 2 strikes that is absolutely a borderline pitch. It was a couple of inches outside and it wasn't high. You can't leave that up to the umpire.

It's one you should spoil foul. Just slap it out of play.

Exactly. It's not like it was 6 or 7 inches outside. With 2 strikes you have to be on the defensive and try to fight off anything remotely close to the strike zone. And it wouldn't bother me so much if he didn't do it all the fricking time, and fail to ever learn from the experience.

Not J Up's fault Culbreth fricked up. Why should Justin be swinging at a pitch 2 inches off the plate?

Yep, like Freeman has pretty much been doing all year with 2 strikes.

A lot of times he's looking off speed and gets fastball or vice versa. This time Culbreth just flat missed it.
