Allah Akbar; no Ozuna at DH.

We very close to AAAA lineup but injuries abound. Luckily nothing too serious at the moment.

Oh and the Elder statesmen vs some red stocking-wearing frick

Yay, at least I might not be subjected to Ozuna until the later innings.

I really hope Rosario can get it together again, but I've got a soft spot for him since the WS.

Marcell, it’s time for you to bounce.

Have you heard of the term "catching lightning in a bottle"?
Apparently, that is what we witnessed with Rosario in the Fall of 21. He had done nothing like that before and certainly not since. Should never have been brought back.

This lineup has no bottom of the order pop unless Arcia is on that day.

Yet we have to hear Francouer and Gaudin repeat how strong our lineup is 1-9.

Spring Training games don't mean shite

It's amazing how much shite falls off once you get to 6th in the order.

I mean, really, once you get past Riley, it falls off big time with Murphy and Ozzie both struggling to open the year. At least Ozzie is making solid contact. Murphy has just been swinging at everything and getting weak contact.

I'm not too worried about Murphy, but Ozzie has me concerned. He hasn't looked very good at the plate in what feels like a couple years now. Wonder if he'll ever stop switch hitting and just stick to right handed so he can at least become somewhat consistent.

He’s an elite defensive catcher. It makes sense to start him for a few more strike calls then have Travis DH.

Looking like we may have to move Grissom to the outfield though.

Again, Ozzie has had some terrible luck with some of his outs this season.

He'll always be a free swinger, but his performance has been better than his production thus far this year.

He is, but we still gave way too much up for him to a team that was looking to sell him with Langeliers waiting in the wings.

We could really use Muller right now.

Ozzie is one of those guys that we just keep hoping becomes a thing, but he’s always teetering. He may never become a superstar, but he’s not a weak link.

He opens up his left hip too soon which makes him drag his bat through the strike zone and thus he is getting beaten by fastballs consistently.

And, he is too hard-headed to make an adjustment and too undisciplined to maintain the correction for a long enough period of time.

You are watching the results

He’s getting to the end of his playing career if that’s the case. Duvall just went down for my Redsox and I was thinking maybe we can scoop up another former Brave outfielder as a temporary fix.

That's a recurring wrist injury I believe. Adam is quickly becoming damaged goods I am afraid
