Like the rest of you I am so damn tired this morning. Couldn't sleep I was so excited. Ended up watching Weaver finish his no-no. There were 3 walkoff wins yesterday (2 of which were HR) and a no hitter. Easily most exciting day of season this far.

It was a special day for sure. First time they've had walk offs & a no no in MLB history according to Elias.

Watched Weaver's no no and then rewatched the 5th, 6th, 8th, and 11th inning from our game last night

Was not tired at all.

We need to take the series today.

And how about the job Pastornicky has done at the plate lately?

In the last two weeks he has hit .342 with 6 runs, 3 rbis, and an .811 OPS

Gonna be a tough game today for both teams.

Chipper and MAC are out of the lineup today, but hopefully they'll be available to PH late.

Would be great to get another win today before heading out on a road trip.

Let's Go Braves!!!

Great read by anyone who still hasn't heard his story.

The kid has a special bat.

eta: I say kid, but he is older than me.

I said last night I bet I could count on one hand the number of times a team has come back from down 6 and down 4 in a single game over the last 50 years.

Well, talking chop had this statistic..
quote:

The only other major-league team in the past 30 years that won a game after rallying from a deficit of at least six runs and overcoming a separate disadvantage of four or more runs was the 1997 Mariners, in a 12-11 victory against the Rockies.

Some other cool stats.
quote:

This was the Braves' 4th win since 1918 when allowing 13+ runs, and the 2nd in the last 60 years.

quote:

This was the first game in MLB history to end 15-13 in 11 or more innings (since 1918, anyway).

quote:

The Braves had 3 bases-loaded hits all year coming into last night. They had 3 bases-loaded hits in the 5th inning of last night's game... off Roy Halladay.

quote:

Chipper Jones and Jason Giambi each hit game-ending home runs on Wednesday. It was the first day in major-league history on which two players age 40 or older hit walk-off homers.
