We could very easily get into the 2 seed and have a bye.
IMO they should push for it as long as it’s reasonable and as it stands we are 1 game back IIRC and have the tie breaker over the dodgers

You think they toss him if he hits him? Assuming it’s to the back and not targeting the head?
I’m not sold they would. I’d say it’s just as likely they issue stupid fricking warnings which punishes us for them throwing at us because now if we respond Holmes is tossed

That precedent was set in 2018 when Urena hit Acuna with the first pitch. He was tossed. The umpires either have to toss him or do nothing. If they just give a warning, Walt has to get tossed arguing that. You can’t let them throw at our guy without either him being tossed or Holmes knocking Schwarber unconscious in the bottom of the first.
