I’m worried about Baldwin and his issues against lefties popping up rn but his power since his injury hasn’t come back either

Over the last 40 games he has just 2 HR and a .098 ISO facing left handed pitchers

Holmes is carrying this entire game on his back.

Our offense has got to find a way to not be jekyl or hyde and you never know which one shows up day to day and find some consistency or we will be bounced from the postseason

Hell of a start for Grant on the road in a pennant race. Seems like he’s separated himself slightly as the third starter. Go four playoff innings and hand it to the pen.

Good Lord. Challenge a freaking pitch. Do we tell our players not to challenge?

I would piggy back him and AJSS since they both are usually nails the first time through the order at least.

Aim for 3 innings from one then 3 from the other

Took an hour and 35 minutes to get through 7 innings today. This is the fastest game I can remember in years.

Like I said, our approach at the plate is as if we have to catch a commercial flight.

Also, not bunting Dubon there was so dumb.

Not walking Schwarber there with 2 outs and no one on was equally dumb.
