Philadelphia got back to .500 pretty quickly.

LOL at the Mets

I figured the Mets would be playing a little better by this point. That lineup is horrible and one of the worst in MLB.

The Nats have been a surprise so far. Especially how they have been hitting.

As if the offense hasn't been bad enough, we get to face Cy Young aka Ranger Suarez today

This shouldn't be surprising. I figured they'd get their shite together eventually. Schwarber is going to hit 65 HR this season.

The Braves have been pretty bad against left handed pitching. Acuna finding his power stroke would go a long, long way to fixing the offensive problems we're seeing right now.

If I mathed correctly, the Phillies need to go 63-45 the rest of the way to reach 90 wins. That’s a big hole to dig out of. They’re 2.5 out of the wildcard right now.

Baldwin is our only regular out of the lineup right now but he is a big absence. The rest of the guys are slumping. Cannot think of one hitter that's carrying his weight right now. This team slump bullshite has to stop or we are going to tumlbe in the standings. We can't expect our ptiching as it is currently staffed to continue holding opponents like they are right now for the entire remainder of the schedule. The hitters need to step up and quit fricking around....they are anemic and have been for weeks

The Braves won’t tumble in the standings. If they play .500 the rest of the way, they’ll win the East. Also, a fair chance that Ronald and Kim hit better the rest of the way.

I appreciate your confidence in the team going forward. I hope you are a true slumpbuster :)

Why don’t you have confidence in the team? The roster is deep. The pitching is dominant. The farm has prospects that are playing well and could bring quality help through trades.

Because there are things about the start of this season that feel completely unsustainable, such as Dubon and Dom Smith hitting like they have been.

I have concerns that Olson's elbow is a lot worse than anyone is letting on. I have concerns that Riley will never hit like he did from 2021-2023 again. I have concerns that Acuna hasn't been able to find his power stroke for some reason and no one seems to know why.

If those three guys are compromised, this team won't come close to a pennant.

Riley and Acuna haven’t played all that well so far and the Braves are the best team in baseball. The Braves will win the East and we will see what happens from there.
If Olson has a serious injury, I’d think the Braves would rest him and start Dom at 1B. They’ve been careful with all of the other injured players. No reason why they wouldn’t be careful with Olson.

Probably the only homers the Red Sox hit all series if I’m being honest.
