I hope you're right. We put quite a bit into him being a solid player. Keep in mind, though, that the difference between a .300 hitter and a .265 hitter is only about 1 hit a week. That's hard to discern over a few games.

According to Fangraphs he only played 7 games in OKC. That's an insanely small sample size.
Edit: I haven't formed an opinion on him personally. I just hope he starts the regular season healthy so we can see what he really looks like. I will say that his contract is very favorable for us.
Edit 2: He only has 222 PA between the majors and minors. We don't know what we have yet.
