Just back…I thought we might make it competitive today instead of just getting drilled into oblivion. And all our horsepower goes out and lays a fat turd right out the gate. I’m tracking “opportunity putts” so either a chance to force a make by the euros or to match. We are 0 for 5 thus far

Wouldn’t say he played well. He’s hit some hero shots but super inconsistent and has missed a ton of putts like the rest of them.
Outside of a few shots, his irons have been pretty bad.
The euros just don’t hit bad shots anywhere and with little trouble on the course, we somehow manage to find it.
Morikawa sails the green on 1, it’s just pathetic.

Hard to believe that the US was setup for domination after Whistling Straits with a good mix of veterans and youth. Then DJ, Brooks, and Speith turned into head cases—Brooks and Speith always were tbh. Bryson is so hot and cold, you can’t depend on him. Morikawa sucks.
Several of those guys should be leaders carrying the load like Rose and Rory.
