Did y'all see the guy while ago (can't even remember who it was now) that got the penalty for double hitting his tap in? I know these guys are frustrated when they miss putts, but damn, take that extra, you know 5 seconds, use both hands, and tap it in. I see so many guys do that and I can't believe that happens with the money riding on it. Surprised it doesn't happen more often. It actually probably does and not everyone calls it on himself.

As much as it pains me to write this, I think the engraver can start practicing on Rory, Rory, Rory.

Seeing as whats happened so far this year in majors, I'm not sure this can be said yet. Rory is a special kind of player, but it has happened to him as well. Not to mention the 2nd 9 on this course is pretty brutal. If he goes on and puts up a lowish number on the front, it will be a done deal though.
ETA: Someone is going to have to go -4, -5 on the front nine to challenge him though. I don't really see anyone making a big run on the back nine though.

Everybody else should be pulling for some huge wind to role in

If this course plays like this in the afternoon. More than a few guys who could get hot with putter (scott, tw, stricker, padraig). I think theres a 65-66 out there.

Yea, I heard the announcers say a player leading going into the 4th round this year has won.
I think Rory may be different. His game appears to be solid and I don't see him choking.

You need Singh to knock this in, then.

Tiger's putting is hilarious.

Rory is in great shape, but he's no lock. He's put plenty of bad swings on the ball the last two months. He's looked great this week, but a 75 is not out of the realm of possibilities.
Final round this afternoon...can't wait!

I'm going with A Scott to get some redemption with the long putter!
