I have to throw something on morikawa at +2500. He at least does a pretty great job of keeping his drives in the fairway.

I'll take a long shot on that

Betting on a guy who hasn't won in two years and expecting it to happen in a major is wild.

Several players with unusually low odds given their lack of wins: Neimann, Aberg, Fleetwood come to mind. Multiple major winner Collin Morikawa isn't one of them IMO.

Like Xander before he won 2 majors in 2024?
Your predictions suck

Heading out there Sunday ... anyone been to Oakmont ? Seems like very little shade, but there is supposed to be some rain locally.

Too short, almost no chance of winning.

Xander literally won three tournaments the year before winning a major you stupid frick. He was trending in that direction unlike Collin who can't keep a caddie to save his life.
You probably bet Tommy Fleetwood every week too

He won those in 2022.
Won the 2024 PGA Championship 679 days (1 yr & 10 months)later.
It’s been 596 days since Morikawa’s last win. Get your facts straight you stupid frick

According to the PGA Tour website, he did not win in 2022-2023.

But the 3M open does? What about the rocket mortgage classic?
And Niemann just had a top 10 in the PGA
You be dumb

I won't argue that Niemann isn't a good player. Top 10s are nothing to sneeze at in majors. However, not all top 10s are equal. He went into Sunday 10 shots back. We still haven't seen how he performs in contention in a major. I'd like to see it this weekend.

So it would be better if he started in lead and choked down to a T8? That logic makes no sense

My argument is that the purpose of playing in the majors is to win them. If he faltered to 8th from the lead, it would give us an indication about how he handled the pressure. I am just saying that I don't know how much the PGA tells us about Niemann's ability to win a major.
