You should get relief from a grandstand but you ought to get relief from a drain too. The drain itself didn't affect his shot but the slope that the drain caused did. In other words he should be entitled to the lie he would have had if the drain wasn't there.

With the way the course is playing, -2 under might be the leading score going in to Sunday.
