it's so hard to judge slope from TV, but man it seems like these putts are slower than I assumed they would be

The balls are rolling down a slope before coming to rest, and guys are also trying to leave themselves uphill putts.

Some of the putts yesterday were ridiculous between the speed of the green and wobbling and bouncing offline. I don’t mind speed and slope, but I hate seeing perfect putts being punished and thrown off line.

Watching DJ bomb it all day was always fun, but the dude has developed touch around the greens now too.

He's a really fun player to watch play in all aspects now.

Exactly. His wedge game and putting has gotten so much better the past few years.

He's going to win 8+ majors before he's done IMO.

Yet another sand save from DJ. As calm as you like.

ETA: Decent bogey save for Tiger after two bad shots.

The sauna is sizzling baws. FALDO has dropped trou and his cheeks are making quite an impression on the cedar bench. Who will take their spot next to the him, knee to knee with the 6 time major winner?

This is about as well as I've seen Tiger get off the tee box in a long time.

It's got to be mental at this point. He misses a lot of putts that are considered easy for pros.
