Verne says it so often that it has become a running joke. But, the running joke has tricked me into referring to him as Bruce IRL.

Hope he can back up a little bit this weekend and Jordan make a run. But, one Spieth implosion and it's over.

I think someone yesterday said he was a prolific driver, and that’s the perfect description. He’s a fricking machine with a driver in his hand.

Most of these US major championship courses were modernized and lengthened and now fit his game perfectly. As long as he keeps driving it the way he is now, he’s going to rack up 1-2 majors a year for the next few years.

Watching him and Tiger yesterday hit back to back was great. Tiger rips away, while Bruce just seems so mechanical and effortless. I’m not a fan of his, but it’s impressive to watch.

I think he cares more than he shows. Jim nantz said that Freddie couples looks like he never cared, but the truth is Couples was very driven. I think part of koepka's act is what we're seeing. Hogan, same way. All are very driven or they wouldn't be there. Part of the mystique?

Not everyone is vulgar like Woods, emotes like Bubba Watson or gesticulates like Speith... He can say he doesn't care but I think he does.

JMO... And worth every penny that you guys just paid for it.

On a related note, Molinari seems like a good guy. Dude had all sorts of shite screamed at him yesterday, people yelling to Tiger/Bruce in his backswing, etc. and he was smiling and laughing the whole time.

After he hit on 7 someone yelled, “spaghetti! Spaghetti!! SPAGHETTI!!!” and even though he hit a bad drive he was cracking up.

New York fans are legit the worst. The Ryder Cup in 2024 is going to be brutal for the European side.

This proves what the golf coach at USC Aiken use to tell me growing up that you need to master only 3 clubs in the bag: Driver, wedge, and putter. Bruce has those working for him.

Before we write the tournament off as over remember how hard this golf course is and how quickly things can turn. Through 5 holes on Saturday in 2002 Phil Mickelson trailed prime Tiger Woods by 10 shots. Phil walked off 17 green Saturday within 2 of Tiger.
