Not sure if that, or the guys that assume 10 footers should go in every time when the best pro golfer makes it about 50% of the time bother me more.
But to your point, it relates to every sport: oh, if they could have made that one shot with 9 mins left they would have won (and just assume everything else would stay the same even though that would never be the case).
