Carrington has spoken to the WNBA, although from the sounds of it she was not encouraged by the talks and expressed a desire for consistency “across the board” when it comes to the way things are called.
“Whether it’s the foul that I committed, whether it’s the reaction, the retaliation, I would just love it to be consistent across the board regardless of the name on your jersey or your skin color or the score of the game, the stakes, whatever,” she said. “I would love there to just be consistency when it comes to all of that. I don’t think we’re there yet. That’s something that I’ve talked to the league about as well. I think that will eliminate a lot of the frustrations that we all have.”

I wish she would just tell the actual truth

Nothing she is saying makes sense to me, but she is super smart, so that’s understandable.

Lost in all this is we can’t even get rational, measured folks like DoT to side with us on this stuff.
We are so doomed.
We are so doomed.

Well, so you are educated....that's nice - good for you. but in that whole paragraph you never really explained what you meant - just that you can read folks minds and tell we don't understand what you meant. What do you mean by white privilege and what is this evidence you have to as you say "substantiate it" and how does it relate to what happened...........I have a feeling you probably can't substantiate it in anything other than an emotional or passionate way and not a reasoned one.
You do realize that Ms. Carrington is not here reading this right? Just making sure.

And you went to a good school to among other things educate yourself on white privelege....interesting

The lack of self awareness is actually incredible. This is a bigger conversation, but the irony is that people who play “victim” these days have more opportunities and advantages than ever before. Maybe they do realize it, and thats what pisses them off because they have no more excuses for acting like a dipshit.
