to both teams...

I am not a fan of Texas but 3 pitchers giving up 8 hits/2 runs in 25 innings is fricking incredible

1 pitcher pitching 12 1/3 hitless innings

He also threw 169 pitches. Nice job coach, way to jeopardize a young arm for a win.

And after you had LSU fans giving the UT baseball team props for this pitcher doing what he did. Another reason I hate horns fans so much.

Now I hope Austin Wood develops leprosy and his arm falls off.

SAW'EM OFF.

It won't take a disease, just throwing 169 pitches will take care of that.

two texas players had 12 at bats in the game .. both breaking an NCAA record .. frick, if you have a bad night at the plate, that kills your average .. also noticed that last night's game breaks the record held by ULL and McNeese in 1971 .. 23 innings ..

Now that was a game. Never thought when I got to the Disch at around 5 yesterday that I wouldn't be leaving for 8 more hours. The game that would never fricking end.

But the good guys came out on top and are in an excellent position to advance to the Supers. Congrats to the boys (specifically Ruffin/Austin/Austin) for one hell of performance last night.

Wow. Texas closer pitched 12.1 innings of no hit ball and 13 innings total. 169 pitches out of the bullpen. Both teams have to be spent.
