David Culley, 65, who has spent the past two seasons in Baltimore, just completed his 27nd season as an NFL coach. Along with serving as the team's assistant head coach, Culley was Baltimore's passing game coordinator and wide receivers coach. The Ravens finished the 2020 season ranked last in the NFL in passing.

Since the OP was so informative.

A 65 year old position coach who has never even been an NFL coordinator. Bold move.

The ravens passing game is shite. This is like hiring Cam Cameron to be your head coach

The #Ravens will now get two third-round compensatory picks for the hire of a minority coach. It’s the second of the cycle, the first African American.

Did they misunderstand the Rooney rule? I thought that the rule was only that you had to interview a minority coach, not hire one at any cost.
