why do you expect cixon to?

he has better balance and leg drive.

you obviously don't know much. Royster will not be drafted. I'm telling you that right now. the only person projecting him to get drafted is you.

you do need a guy that can gain positive yards every time they touch the ball and have some power

No, you do not need to have a 240+ pound every down back. You can find some one as a "power" back if you need one.

doesn't matter, guys like him are a dime a dozen.

actually

i think royster is going back to penn state

a 212 back with success at a major BCS school who runs as well as he does will get drafted

i know. Slaton can take his roles and take more carries than him. Foster will remain with the team and get some carries. Whoever they draft will get some carries as well.

that's why i said some power.

I'm not crazy about giving him an extension at this point. Why not just see what he can do next season and then make a decision. He pissed me off a few times this past season, but at the end of the day, he did a really good job with Schaub and the offense and the team basically performed as expected. It's far from a guarantee that they could go out and get someone like Cowher and if they give up on Kubiak they could easily end up with a worse situation.

And they aren't 3-5 "impact" players away from making the playoffs. They are 3-5 impact players away from the Super Bowl.

It would be nice if they would make decent splash FA signing for once. Robaire Smith and Antonio Smith don't count.
