This happened in the ATL game last weekend and basically our coach said " we all know about the rule, I fricked up"

this is a lame rule, a flag for throwing a challenge flag, and it isn't challenged.

The play cannot be reviewed once the red flag is thrown. It's over. Coaches need to know that.

I agree the rule is stupid but it is the rule and they all know about it.

I'm not sure why the rule exists tho, like what is it supposed to stop from happening?

I don't really see why they couldn't review it. Its like having a personal foul happen after a TD. They would still review the TD and enforce the penalty wouldn't they?
