I should have been suspended ten times over if that's the case. I've given tons of players a ride home and bought them food because I know damn well that they don't have anything to eat in that house. On another note, he should have applied for food grants that will feed your players after workouts and practices.

Where have you been? HS recruiting is dirtier than college. Every state has dozens of "high schools" with kids receiving impermissable benefits. Like going to private schools without paying a dime or being from anywhere close to where they play ball. LA is one of the poster child's for HS football shenanigans. Most state champions at the highest levels of every state have players on their team that if dug into wouldn't be eligible to play at the school they play for. It's swept under the rug.

Just about every powerhouse HS athletic program recruits in a pretty open manner.

He's not an employee. He's a volunteer. Someone at the school should be doing this stuff like its their job.

It depends on the grant. We’ve gotten only uncrustables one summer and the next we got a meat and two.

FHSAA board of directors voted 11-0 last summer, for a 2 year post season ban for a school that was giving free Uber riders to players over the summer before they enrolled.

FHSAA announced Monday they are opening an investigation into the MNS matter.

This is bullshite. If you've never given a player a meal or a ride home then you're not a coach.
