Boykin sucks. TCU offense sucks.
Actually, both these teams suck. Lots of suckage on the field tonight by two teams that really suck.

Absolutely pathetic. And not a damn thing will be done about this crew, that's the worst of it when you see games like this. Nothing will happen to this crew for fricking TCU over and over.

I think that 12th man license plate should be donated to these refs.

TCU did not execute well offensively at all
Tech D executed well on the outside
Tech O did fair
TT officials , all 8 of them, made certain that TCU had no freaking chance.

Ridiculous. I'm a big advocate of let the kids have fun...you're in college once. But that may be the worst rushing of the field I have ever seen. Beat the #24 team and rush the field?

Remember 7 hours ago when you said TCU by 14+?

The last 2 thurs night games have been terrible.

Tried to catch the last part of this & all I got was the field rushing. With all due respect to both programs, given their respective rankings and 10pt win, that's like celebrating Wendy's not forgetting my fries.

I do
I was wrong
I did not account for 8 man officiating crew

Refs took away at least 14 TCU points

Haha, I'm just giving you shite. I'm wrong more often then not, but I felt TCU was overrated this year. The hype they were getting going into the LSU game was undeserved. They will struggle again this year in the Big 12. May be another 7-5 finish.

technically:
NCAA 2013
In the game they called an invalid fair catch signal which was advanced. It is open to interpretation if it was a "waving signal" but based on the definition the only motion of the hands clearly protected is shielding your eyes from the sun. Strict interpretation of the rules means even moving your hands to catch a ball could be considered a waving action and is not a protected act.
The ruling was legal. I do not believe there was any waving of the hands as his hand only went up to balance his movements then he caught the ball. What I believe or saw was not what the official saw or believes so it does not matter.

Valid Signal
ARTICLE 2. A valid signal is a signal given by a player of Team B who has
obviously signaled his intention by extending one hand only clearly above his
head and waving that hand from side to side of his body more than once.
Invalid Signal
ARTICLE 3. An invalid signal is any waving signal by a player of Team B:
a. That does not meet the requirements of Article 2 (above); or
b. That is given after a scrimmage kick is caught beyond the neutral zone,
strikes the ground or touches another player beyond the neutral zone (A.R.
6-5-3-III-V); or
c. That is given after a free kick is caught, strikes the ground or touches
