Thinking back before 1st pitch of the season I don't think anyone predicted Braves to repeat as East champs. Here we are August 21 with a 6 game lead & its great seeing the team most picked sitting at 9 games out. Let's keep the foot on the gas to close the season & see what happens in October.

He's easily been the 2nd best pitcher on the staff this season and if they move him to bullpen for the playoffs it's a huge mistake. Don't have enough evidence to trust Folty. Frieds been solid but not nearly as consistent as Julio and doesn't have his experience.
I'd go
Soroka
Kuechel
Teheran
Fried
For the playoffs. Teheran has been better than Dallas but this is where you give Dallas the edge for his experience. This is what he was brought in for.

Teheran numbers against the Marlins are insane but they should be against this minor league club. Every Braves pitcher should have good numbers against them as they have the worst record in the National League.Jeter traded away all of their all stars.Must suck to be a Marlins fan.

yeah, it shouldn't even be a consideration. he's been great this season. he wasn't included last year because he had back to back shite seasons. he wasn't nearly this good last season.

Bottom line with the playoffs u go with the pitchers who are the hottest or most consistent these last two months.When Dansby gets back and we have a late lead like this Snit should pull him and put in Heccavaria to cut down on the chances of him aggravating that injury. Same with Ender.

I would not give Keuchel a road playoff start. His home/road pitching splits this season are alarming.
