Streaming is becoming a difficult business to make a profit in with all the competition and ESPN will be no different. This is not just about ESPN personalities and original programming but rights packages going forward.

The question is how that will affect the live sports ESPN provides. It could make watching sports more expensive and difficult when you have to subscribe to multiple platforms and won't be able to easily switch between games anymore.

Stuff like this makes me wonder about rising TV rights for conferences, NBA and NFL.

Edit, NFL is probably okay, it is king for sure.

If Kendrick Perkins survives this round then ESPN deserves to be publicly shamed

First guy that needs to walk is Keyshawn Johnson. Guy is super bland, and has nothing really interesting to say but somehow espn decided to back him hard.

How in the world could you rank the horrible personalities that need to go?

Don't watch much except for football time:
Max Kellerman hear him on radio
Marty Smith over the top
Jason Williams hear him on radio
Ryan Clark he is everywhere for some reason
Robert Griffin he tried to hard
Many of the women experts for football.

used to watch SportsCenter daily. Haven’t watched anything on espn besides games in about a decade.

I watched SC and Around the Horn and PTI daily. I’m at about a decade myself of not watching. Only time I watch a show on ESPN is game day.

NFL is on my list next. I watched the Saints 1st game last season and the Super Bowl and that’s it. Year before I watched a few maybe 4 Saints games and the Super Bowl.

NBA lost me 15 years ago.

It’s been nice having more time to do other things.

No one could say it better. Sportscenter was a part of my upbringing and the personalities were great even Keith Olberman which is hard for me to say. He and Dan Patrick were for real. Charley Steiner(Rip) laughing at Carl Lewis will forever be etched in my memory.

Nobody needs sports center in this day and time. Been getting sports highlights and updates on my phone for over 20 years.

Same could be said for the news. Folks still watch its entertainment
