Didn't Cruz give himself up (surrender) when cornered? I read he was apprehended "without incident", which leads me to believe he must have at least complied with law enforcement's orders to surrender. The police generally don't mess around with suspects that don't follow orders, especially violent offenders. So now we have major media folks that want the police to just kill the suspect no matter what?

Every once in awhile I'll accidentally listen for a minute to some idiot that thinks he can actually win an argument with him. Can't even get off a full train of thought with him.
