Refs need to specify an exact amount of time reception has to have control. Chase had control for a half second there. Barion Brown had it for like 0.7 seconds. It can't be this loosely defined. Hundreds of millions of dollars bet each game. Needs to be more exact instead of it kinda look like he had long enough control here, but not on here. Needs to be exact length of time where it then constitutes possession.

Ref fricked up stopping the clock on that last chase catch too. Chase was going backwards when he went oob.
