It is, from my understanding, starting a new team with 2 people as your base? So no, Wiggins would not be there.
Theoretically, if Baton Rouge got an NBA team and I could pick any two current NBA players to launch my team with and build around? Give me the two most athletically gifted, young big men in the league with 8-10 years of top level playing left please.

NOLA will never have a big superstar come into town... the only way that happens is via draft, AD is gone when his contract is up just like CP3 did...
In a nice dream world, CP3 on the back end of his career comes in and throws alley oops to AD and leads us, but still ain't happening...
Towns and AD on the same team is also a terrible combo to play on the same team...
