The Lightning have done OK so far, especially when we consider they've spent almost 25% (9minutes) of the first 40 minutes shorthanded. Hopefully the Lightning can stay resilient through this unfortunate adversity.

Crazy Friday 13th game.....
Stinks for Bishop and I hope he's OK long-term.
The Lightning played well and showed some resiliency on-the-road after Bishop went down. Our back-up Vasilevskiy did well, but he's not proven like Bishop is, that's for sure. Well see if the Lightning can keep beating the odds while moving forward. They'll most likely be without one of our best PP killers, Callahan, next game. He deserves a game suspension for that hit! The Lightning aren't a dirty team but Callahan pushes the edge while playign hard. He should've let up there there, especially after Letang completely let up. Again, the Lightning will have to answer serious odds after some bad breaks this year.

I think Stralman will be fully game ready now. Stamkos who knows but Callahan will get a game for that hit so our PP kills will take a massive hit. I like his line very hard hitting but he will deserve the one game for that hit. Luckily our back up goalie happens to be one of the best young prospects in hockey but having Bishop, who is playing like the best goalie right now really hurts. Still. We are clearly a better team the four results for this year kind of prove Tampa is better than Pitt. As fast, as skilled, and tougher. The game results speak for themselves this year.
