I've seen people saying he was avoiding the off sides but when you have his reputation, you can't do that.

Cool thing about being off sides is there is no requirement to directly interfere with another player to avoid it.

Ehh, it was ticky tack and doesn't get called if you play in Chicago or Pittsburgh. But for a serial offender like Roussel, that gets called 100% of the time.

You don't have a clue if you think that was ticky tack
You can't at any time turn and purposely impede someone without the puck especially when it was an odd man rush
He didn't have to do it he did it purposely and will get called even in OT
If it was close to doubt they don't call it but it was so obvious it had to be called. That's why the Stars weren't complaining or Roussel particularly as he got caught and knew it
It isn't soccer on ice.

The penalty was as obvious as can be. Horrible penalty that was rightly called. Very dumb mistake by Roussel. I have no idea what he was thinking.
