I just watched the Nats only because I knew they would be celebrating. I laughed my arse off as the game was being played and they kept lifting the Cup up and making a scene. Everytime they did it...the crowd went nuts.

yeah. enjoy it. stanley cup is really hard to win. every playoff series is a grind and any team can win.

This stuff is going to be incredible for you guys all summer with the Cup on golf courses, in Europe, etc.
I hate to bring up Debbie Downer things, but I remember being all euphoric like this, then the Konstantinov thing happened (even when the guys were celebrating the right way).
The following year was kind of a tribute to him, but the celebrations never felt the same after that. Life is cruel sometimes.

I think since Thursday night....the only way they have stopped drinking is by passing out. I just love how these players has blended into the DMV. You don't see a lot of teams doing this kind of stuff.
