That was peak Caps playoff hockey. Utterly and completely dominate an opponent... yet you still lose. Vasielevsky, in an odd quirk, has made 36 saves on 38 shots in consecutive games. He single-handedly beat the Caps.
Game 3 was easier to take: they put forth a substandard effort and they got beat. That happens. This was pummelling another team but just being completely unable to score. What do you do differently?

This will be interesting tonight. What a huge game...pegs win and it’s anyone’s guess. V wins and it’s over imo. Expect the jets to sellout tonight and this will be highly entertaining.
