Only Galveston Mardi Gras comes close.
Underage was kind of a theme because the bars were full of 16 year old girls asking you to buy beer for them and their boyfriend.
The best thing I saw was cops throwing a drunk dude thru a bar's glass front door. They didn't mean to throw him out, but he was fighting them.
