but it'll be damn hard to watch them if they draft Milroe
They haven’t won a playoff game in eight years. Their quarterbacks are atrocious. They are already really hard to watch.

I was a hardcore Steeler fan going back to the John Henry Johnson days of the '60s, before they became great in the '70s. I was a fan because they always played very physical football.
It was sickening to see the Ravens manhandle the Steelers the way the old Pittsburgh teams use to manhandle others.
I wish Art Rooney 2 would pass the team down to the next generation. He is a very soft owner.

He'd be good in a Taysom Hill role if you could get him mid 2nd round.
No he wouldn’t. He’s got straight line speed but that’s it. His lateral agility is not great. His footwork isn’t great either. A very large % of his rushing yards were basically power runs (he can’t read an option) to the outside tackles or scrambles up the middle when the pocket opens up and there’s 1 or 2 guys he has to run past. Also even though he’s fully capable of running someone over, he doesn’t always fight for the 1st down even if it’s there.
Hill also does a little of everything. Milroe seems set on being a pass first QB (he refuses to take the open running lane at times too) so I highly doubt he’d commit to learning other positions

I highly recommend the Steelers draft him. Surefire Hall of Fame talent with zero downside.

Given Poni is reporting this, it’s 100% false
Poni is no Pomp, that's for sure. But we'll see.

Fillipponi is know for some bad takes, hell there is and X account @ponisbadtakes just cataloging them all. I don't even think he has in the building access.
Haven't heard anything from Pompeani, Zeise or DK about Milroe and those guys have more access now than Poni.
That said, any smoke about Milroe gives me indigestion. I thought I had the sweet relief of finally being done with the LANK experience, if the Steelers draft him, I might actually puke.

Yeah Poni hated on Ben vociferously his last few years like he beat his brother up or something. I'll never forgive him for that.
This is awesome.
