Boom my boy, you have been summoned to defend your guy. Despite playing less minutes, BI has the upperhand in ppg, rpg, tpg, fg%, 3pt%, ft%, +/-

Now I'm ready for some advanced metrics that proves that Jim is the GOAT and BI, in his first playoff appearance, is a shell.

Ingram has arguably been the best playoff player so far

Though giannis has been amazing as usual

Love BI. i am having a proud papa moment seeing him come of age. Both guys are outperforming the best player on the other team, which is what you are really looking for out of your studs in the playoffs.

one guy can only do what one guy can do. If you are better than the other teams best player you have done your job.

BI is first in PER, Box +/-, and win shares per 48 minutes among all playoff players.

Insane.

This is reminiscent of last playoff when after Round 1 the same player led the entire league at nearly every advanced stat. What a performance.

Yikes. Is Harden really shooting 37% from the field?

Besides the win or loss result, the things I am looking for is:

Is he being carried by embiid/is he doing enough?

Is he better than the best player on the opposition?

And lastly, how does he look compared to the two nets that he traded himself away from.

To date, he is passing all with flying colors.

Outplaying embiid, the best opposing player, and Kyrie and KD across the board.

Except this is against the one seed and not the bottoming out Celtics. Nice try though

Ingrams PER is 25.7 JH was 35.7. So not exactly comparable

Yikes. I wanted to defend Harden by saying he's just taking the role of a traditional pg for the 76ers.

But he is shooting 37% from the field. There is no excusing that, especially with him shooting less than he normally does.

One caveat, they are only 16 players in the league who are qualified based on games and minutes played. He is at the top of the league for those players. I am not sure what the methodology is tbh

Rust is real.

He’s sleepwalking rn while his team is up 3-1.

Brooklyn traded an newly minted All Star for Jim, let Dinwiddie walk, etc

And had to flip him for a Klutch client who is faking an injury to win a lawsuit.

Harden tanked the Nets.

he wanted nothing to do with an organization who was willing to put its playoff hopes in the hands of mayor Eric Adams. they let Kyrie do whatever he wanted. KD was ok with it, nash was. The only guy who wasn’t, got outta town.

We’re only talking 4 games here. There may be all kinds of wild anomalies over a span of only 4 games.

Having said that, Harden’s TS% is still over 55%, which isn’t bad.
