It's not complex, it's not sophisticated.

It's changing the target. Guards have benefitted from it. Go ahead and name the top 30 players in the league, how many are 1-3's?

Jordan would benefit from this league in an even bigger way than he did the hand-check, no zone game.

If you want to tell me that Olajuwan and Ewing would both be less of a player at this very moment in the league, I'd agree. Jordan would frick this league up.

Goodnight young ladies.

I'm sure this message board poster understands the importance of scouting reports more than one of the smarter basketball players in recent memory, Shane Battier, correct?

Ok.

You asked for evidence. I gave you direct evidence that says otherwise, even with pretty pictures for you.

You choose not to believe the reality.

That's cool.

Btw, I think Curry is awesome and I am glad to watch it happen. Have his autograph on a Hornets ticket, got to meet him after he lit the hell up to put away the hornets in his second year. Knew that team was going to be good, knew he was good, but I didn't realize he'd rise up to this level.

No. fricking. Way.

I can get on board with the idea that Jordan would be equally effective today, but saying he'd be even better as a result of the current rules is ridiculous.

You think that Steph would be rolling like this if his first option was to feed it in to (name a big man), and allow them to decide where the ball goes next... Versus the current spread the court game?

I'm fairly certain James Naismith said "the key to good defense is stopping your man" as he was taking the peaches out of the first basket...defense hasn't changed since!!!

Asks for evidence.

Is shown evidence.

Summarily rejects evidence.

Insults the nerve of finding said evidence.....THAT HE ASKED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE.

When are you going to give us your evidence for it not being any more complex?

You don't wanna be a hypocrite.

You asked for evidence and are now whining when given evidence. WTF kind of other evidence would suffice if not articles?

A coach would kill for a Curry through which to run offense. That big man would not have the green light to shoot.

Imagine with the focus Curry commands playing in a time like 25 years ago where there were no zone defenses, either you play him 1 on 1 or send a hard double team?

He'd crush it.

Curry is having his highest usage rate in his career at 32.7%. Jordan only had 4 seasons below that for his career out his 15 total seasons. Hell, he averaged a 33.3% for his career.

It is impractical to believe that Jordan could have been used anymore than he already was.

For the record, I'm addressing the underlying point of your post which is the idea that Jordan would have been better if he wasn't stuck feeding the ball to a big man, which is preposterous.

You know he was constantly deferring to Cartwright, Wennington, and Longley!!!
