Another, possibly edgier option is Vaughn's over in Bywater. I have seen some pretty good crowds of Mexicans there for Mexican games.

well i certainly wont be watching the game there.

Clubseatpeat you don't have 95 sets of season tickets for USA Soccer and your own plane? That seems odd for you

I'm spoiled here in Dallas, because my home soccer pub (Trinity Hall) opens up at 6:30AM almost every week during the EPL season. Not that I like to be there that early, but if Arsenal is scheduled at that time, I'm there.

My pub here in SF is the same way. IN fact, they will DVR games and show them at a later time for those that like sleep.

I have gone to that pub at 5Am during the world cup and it was standing room only!

Do any bars open up early for EPL matches?

Pretty sure that Finn's does. I have been to three matches there. CL Final, USvMexico World Cup qualifier and ArsenalvLiverpool. It was fun all three times. The Arsenal game started at 10 or 11 in the morning on a Saturday. The most packed was the CL final with ManU and Barca jersey's all over the place.

I'll be at Trinity on Sunday morning at 10 to watch the Arsenal-ManUre match. It will be packed. Probably about 2/3rds ManU bandwagoners and 1/3 Gooners.

BTW...this thread got bumped from a year ago.

I went to Finn's for the match vs. Mexico in August, the one at the Azteca. It was packed, and nearly every one was supporting the Red, White and Blue. I've never been to a bar for other football matches, but I can imagine what it might be like for a Yank supporter.

This was GLORIOUS, the cheering when we scored early. It was great.
