So what's the consensus on Vontaze Burfict?

I remember his epic fall from future top 10 pick early on at ASU to mid-bottom of the draft guy a couple of years back. I was surprised to see he's the NFL leader in tackles so far in the season...had completely forgotten about him. I'm guessing he's made it?

He's very, very good. He's scaled back the crazy. In Hard Knocks, he makes references to how nuts he used to be.

Bunch of my ASU friends have interesting stories about him...but they all say he is a nice dude.
But he is and has always been a hell of a football...just crazy like most have already said.

Usually the leader in tackles is on a shite defense that's on the field a lot. This isn't the case.
