One is going to create a media shitstorm for the rest of the season and cause the team to receive plenty of backlash from their fans....and will probably never see any playing time as a backup.

The other will cause PR problems too, but the team will at least get playing time contribution from him.

Teams will tolerate some negative PR for a player who they think will help them win games. Not so much for someone who will be riding the bench

Is Foster suing the NFL?

Kaep is. Would you hire someone that was suing you?

Wasn’t Foster absolved of the charges the first time? Innocent until proven guilty

Did you white knight like this for RG3 while he was out of the league you virtue signaling fricking fraud?

Colin Kapernick has a career average of 177 yards passing per game. If he had knelt in opposition of gay marriage being legal I’m sure you’d still post your faux outrage. Grow up

Owners took a stand too. It's their right just as much as it is his.

yup, innocent until proven guilty. if its all true, he can rot and be out of the NFL for life for all I care.

49ers cut him because they're sick of his shite and question marks off the field. Happened twice in 2 years, they're over dealing and covering issues

You got a hard on for Kaep, lol.

Do I also have a hard on for Foster, then? My response to that nimrod is the same.

Eh, the NFL has an image to protect. Thugs tarnish that image. I'm not saying that Foster shouldn't be allowed to play, though. Same for Kaep.

But I'm not a fan of either of them.

Kap was 1-10 as a starter his last year and then opted out of a 14 million extension to be on the market. Yikes

Not a smart decision. If his goal was actually to play football, that is.

I'm pretty sure that ship has sailed already, though. If he's gonna get paid like a sultan to be Mr. Super-SJW and Nike is willing to shell out buku bucks to feature him in ad campaigns, can't fault the man for making his money. This is America. Go get paid however you can.

Funny thing, though, is idiots like darryljames will call ME a sellout because I disagree with Kaep. That's some irony right there.

That extension was not guaranteed. He would’ve never seen that money

Kaep doesn't want a job. He stays more relevant portraying the victim.

I’m not defending the dude at all because I think he was a shitty qb too, but wasn’t he about to get cut anyway before they paid that? I don’t think he legitimately turned down $14M that he was expecting to get. Again, frick him but let’s at least keep the conversation honest.
