not in the book, although plenty of other wrestlers have mentioned it over the years. In the book she mentions performing the "favors" but obviously doesn't go into great detail. She basically said she was willing to do whatever it took.

Crazy that they did that whole tribute to him on air without stopping to think or fact check what the hell happened? They were paying tribute to a child murderer and wife killer. Nobody really spoke to it in the documentary either. I guess enough time had passed and it was just a psychotic break I guess.

The tribute episode thing had been pretty standard for them, unfortunately.
Whenever a wrestler on the active roster died, an episode like that was put together ASAP, which tended to be the next night in the case of Benoit, Owen Hart, and Brian Pillman. I think Eddie Guerrero’s tribute was a few days later because it happened mid-week with the next show airing on Friday.
JR’s opinion that they were in a no win situation is correct, IMHO. If they didn’t address it, they would get crucified. If they did address it and shite went sideways, they would get crucified.
